Are you practical, motivated, and keen to start a hands-on career in building maintenance? Do you want to learn a variety of trades while gaining a nationally recognised qualification?

Working with our experienced Construction and Engineering team, you will support day-to-day tasks that help keep our buildings safe, well maintained, and welcoming. From repairs and safety checks to assisting with plumbing, decorating, joinery and more, you’ll gain real skills while contributing to the smooth running of the College.

You will complete the Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship, delivered by the College, developing into a confident, multi-skilled maintenance technician.

GCSEs in English and Maths (or a willingness to work towards them) are required, along with enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
