Job Description
Employer Engagement Lead
This is an exciting opportunity to join Lancaster and Morecambe College’s Employer Engagement team and to lead on developing and managing employer relationships across the Westmorland & Furness district.
We are seeking an outgoing and self-motivated Employer Engagement Lead to develop and manage employer relationships across the Westmorland and Furness district. You will work collaboratively with curriculum and work-based learning teams to promote the College’s provision to employers, prospective learners and the wider community, helping to meet recruitment and progression targets.
Excellent communication skills, presentation delivery and networking are essential to this role. You should be qualified to a minimum Level 3 in an appropriate subject, as well as GCSEs in Maths and English, Grade 4/C or above.
