We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-driven Performance & Improvement Data Quality Lead to play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across the College. You will lead on the accuracy, integrity, analysis and reporting of performance data, ensuring senior leaders, managers and governors have the insight they need to make informed, evidence-based decisions. From attendance and learner destinations to stakeholder feedback and social value impact, your work will directly influence quality assurance, strategic planning and inspection readiness.
You will bring strong analytical capability and a passion for improvement, with experience of managing, analysing and presenting data in a clear and meaningful way.
