Are you passionate about empowering young people to overcome barriers, thrive in education, and reach their full potential?
We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour & Inclusion Mentor to join our Safeguarding team, providing specialist support that promotes positive behaviour, inclusion, attendance and engagement across the college. Working closely with learners, curriculum staff and pastoral teams, you will build trusted relationships, implement behaviour interventions, investigate incidents, and support vulnerable students, including those with SEND needs.
If you have experience working with young people, excellent communication skills, a calm and restorative approach to behaviour management, and a commitment to creating a safe, inclusive and aspirational learning environment, we would love to hear from you.
