About the role: Student Services are looking to appoint a Wellbeing Advisor to work in a fast‑paced service, working across the full spectrum of wellbeing presentations including safeguarding, domestic violence and sexual violence.

About you: You will have substantial and recent post‑qualification experience supporting individuals experiencing wellbeing difficulties, including assessment of individuals with complex needs, risk assessment and high risk/crisis management. You will be proactive, have strong communication skills and be proficient in managing complex workloads. You will have an undergraduate degree in a relevant area (or equivalent). You must also have a recognised qualification from a specialist provider in the provision of advice and guidance in Sexual and/or Domestic violence, for example: Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ISVA), Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA), Social Work qualification (Child/Adult/Mental Health/Learning Disability), Women’s Aid, Sexual Violence Liaison Officer (SVLO) – Lime Culture, Safeguarding Level 3 qualification or Counselling qualification.
