About the role

The Maintenance Technical Administrator will join our Estate Services Maintenance team and will assist in developing and maintaining a safe, welcoming, inclusive & sustainable campus for all who study and work here. The role involves raising purchase orders for work, processing invoices, updating the Estates CAFM system, facilitating contractor management meetings and processing technical documents.

About you

You will have experience of providing excellent customer service and technical administration to a large multi-disciplinary team and be experienced in a range of Microsoft Office programmes. A range of GCSEs, including English Language and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning are required for this role.
