About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the School of Health, Social Work and Sport for a Lecturer in Paramedic/Emergency Care. You will contribute to the delivery and development of modules within the BSc Paramedic programme. Duties will include acting as a module leader and undertaking associated administrative tasks, engaging with student recruitment and contributing to the academic objectives of the School.
Responsibilities
- Act as module leader for BSc Paramedic modules.
- Deliver and develop module content and assessments.
- Perform associated administrative tasks.
- Engage in student recruitment activities.
- Support academic objectives of the School of Health, Social Work and Sport.
Qualifications
- Experience teaching Paramedic Practice in a higher education setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
- HCPC registration.
