About the role: Student Achievement Services play a key role in supporting students to thrive throughout their university journey. We design and deliver initiatives that boost student retention, academic success, and graduate outcomes—through tailored support, transition activities, outreach campaigns, and events. As part of a collaborative and student-focused team, you’ll help create a welcoming, inclusive environment to support our students. You will support new students through mentoring programmes and transition activities, as well as supporting the design and delivery of projects to support students.

About you: We are looking for a recent graduate who must have obtained their undergraduate degree within the last two years. You will have great communication and interpersonal skills, will be approachable, empathetic and a good listener. You’ll be organised, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
