About the role:

Join us as the Deputy Head of Strategic Data and play a pivotal role in shaping the University of Lancashire’s data-driven future. You will lead a high-performing team of analysts, responsible for delivering robust, accurate, and timely data and insight to inform strategic decision-making across the University. You will direct the analysis and interpretation of institutional performance metrics, produce compelling evidence-based recommendations, and manage key reporting processes, including strategic KPIs and dashboards. Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and colleagues across services, you will shape the development of data governance, champion best practice, and ensure the University remains proactive in responding to sector priorities and external performance measures.
