About the role: The School of Medicine and Dentistry is looking to appoint a receptionist to our established team based in the dental clinic to support our teaching clinic for undergraduate and postgraduate dental students. You will act as a first point of contact for a range of visitors, this will include booking appointments, taking payments and sending out appointment reminders to patients.
About you: Candidates must have experience in a patient‑based role and familiarity with booking systems. You will be an excellent communicator who is organised and able to work to deadlines. A range of GCSEs, including English Language and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning are required for this role. Applicants need to meet all essential criteria on the person specification to be considered for interview. The position is based in Preston.
