About the role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Careers and Graduate Employability Adviser to join the Careers Team which is part of Student Achievement Services. In this role, you will be central to enhancing student success and improving Graduate Outcomes through the delivery of high-quality careers information, advice and guidance (CIAG), employability support and labour market insight. You will provide professional and impartial one-to-one careers guidance to students and graduates, alongside designing and delivering engaging, creative and inclusive workshops, events and employability activities. As Lead Adviser for designated academic disciplines, you will work closely with academic colleagues, employers and professional bodies to embed careers and employability within the student experience. You will contribute to institutional and divisional priorities, supporting students to develop the skills, confidence and experience required for graduate success.

About you: Applicants should hold an undergraduate degree and a recognised Careers Guidance qualification, with substantial experience of delivering careers guidance and employability support. Excellent communication, organisational and digital skills are essential, together with the ability to work collaboratively.
