Overview
The School wishes to appoint 4 part-time Associate Clinical Facilitators to join its teaching team, teaching on a range of medical education programmes including the MBBS and Physician Associate programmes. This is an ideal career development opportunity to gain teaching experience and to gain insight into academic roles and potential career pathways. The post is for two days per week and to include Wednesday.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of small group learning for students across a range of sessions including science tutorials and workshops exploring topics such as Professionalism, Equality Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Wellbeing, Bystander, Clinical skills, and weekly case sessions.
About you / Qualifications
Applicants will have a primary healthcare qualification and experience of facilitating learning in small groups and working to standards required by professional bodies.

The position is based at Preston Campus with occasional attendance required at other campus sites. This is a fixed term opportunity designed to give new clinicians development and experience of working within academia, in addition to exposing students to clinicians with recent and up-to-date relevant clinical skills.
