The postholder is responsible for coordinating referrals, managing administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a key point of contact for women accessing services through police, HMPPS, MOJ, and partner agency referral pathways.
Working closely with internal teams, caseworkers, police services, probation staff, prisons, and other stakeholders, the role ensures that referrals and appointments are processed efficiently, diversion programmes are coordinated effectively, and all data is recorded accurately and in compliance with organisational and contractual requirements.

- Duration: 12 months, subject to further funding
