Service Assistant

Overview

Brockholes is Lancashire Wildlife Trust\’s flagship nature reserve, and is also home to an award‑winning floating Visitor Village, which plays host to a lakeside café, shop, conference, wedding and event venue.

We are looking for people with skills in customer service, who can engage with the public and help us to provide a fantastic experience at our visitor village.

Responsibilities

Assistants are responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service to visitors and event attendees alike. Applicants should be passionate about the service they provide, as well as the values of the Trust and the nature reserve itself. Successful applicants will be working across our commercial outlets.

Salary: National minimum wage

Closing Date: Sunday 19th April 2026 (Immediate starts are available so early applications are advised)

Job Type: Part‑time
