About the Role

The Lancashire Wildlife Trust (LWT) is seeking a Maintenance Officer to join our busy Facilities Team. The successful candidate will be based at Brockholes Nature Reserve and will provide support across other LWT sites in the North West. These sites vary from simple office spaces to a state-of-the-art floating visitor centre, each with unique systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform maintenance tasks across multiple sites.
2. Develop expertise in site systems and processes.
3. Build effective relationships with peers, contractors, and volunteers.
4. Ensure the delivery of a successful maintenance schedule.

Candidate Requirements

• Practical experience in maintenance.
• Organized and methodical approach.
• Ability to learn and adapt to various site systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external partners.
