Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint 3 motivated and dynamic Service Support Managers to join our Medicine Division within the subspecialities of Neurology, Cardiology and Stroke. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and operational efficiency across urgent, emergency, outpatient, and elective pathways.
Main duties of the job:
- Provide management support to divisional colleagues and administrative teams.
- Assist in achieving local and national performance targets, including patient access standards.
- Support the development and implementation of service policies, projects, and strategies.
- Collate and analyse data to drive service improvements.
- Deputise for senior managers when required and represent the service at Trust-wide forums.

- Lead and support administrative teams, ensuring effective service delivery.
- Managing performance against key targets including RTT, Cancer, Diagnostics and UEC.
- Contribute to governance, risk management, and compliance with Trust policies.
- Foster collaborative relationships with clinical and operational colleagues.
