Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Divisional Medical and Nursing Directors to lead all clinical and non-clinical services within the division.
- Deliver performance, support teams, and ensure alignment with Trust values and goals.
- Lead and shape daily operations within the Division of Medicine, ensuring smooth, effective, and patient-centered services.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently, and meet key performance targets.
- Set strategic direction, lead change programs, and implement improvements for patient and staff benefit.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and ambitious culture where staff feel valued and inspired.
- Invest in personal growth, stay curious, and be open to feedback and learning opportunities.
