Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the Divisional Medical and Nursing Directors to lead all clinical and non-clinical services within the division.
  2. Deliver performance, support teams, and ensure alignment with Trust values and goals.
  3. Lead and shape daily operations within the Division of Medicine, ensuring smooth, effective, and patient-centered services.
  4. Manage budgets and resources efficiently, and meet key performance targets.
  5. Set strategic direction, lead change programs, and implement improvements for patient and staff benefit.
  6. Foster a positive, inclusive, and ambitious culture where staff feel valued and inspired.
  7. Invest in personal growth, stay curious, and be open to feedback and learning opportunities.
  8. Drive innovation, service redesigns, and new partnerships to improve healthcare delivery.
