Lancashire Renewables Ltd is seeking an experienced HR & Learning and Development Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
You will lead HR and L&D to strengthen leadership capability, develop our people and drive a high-performing culture while keeping a hands-on operational focus.
You will report to the Managing Director and work across site-based and on-site ER matters, with potential for extension or permanence based on impact and business needs.
