LGV Driver (Class 1)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Logistics and Offtake team at Lancashire Renewables Ltd. working from our Leyland facility.

What youll be doing

The Class 1 LGV Driver role involves the safe and efficient operation of heavy goods vehicles to support daily transport and operational requirements.

The position requires a professional approach to driving, a strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards, and effective communication with operational teams.

Drivers are expected to represent the company positively, comply with all legal and company policies, and contribute to reliable, compliant, and efficient transport operations.

What you will bring

To be successful in this position it is essential that you hold the following qualifications and experience:

  • Full LGV C+E (Class 1) Licence.
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Relevant haulage experience and thorough understanding of LGV vehicles and how they operate.

Whilst training and development opportunities are provided and encouraged for our roles, the following are advantageous:

  • Valid Driver CPC qualification. Or willingness to work towards.
