We’re looking for a Wellbeing Coach to join our friendly and supportive Coaching & Therapies team. If you’re passionate about helping people improve their wellbeing and confident delivering one-to-one support, this could be the role for you.
Hours: 21 hours (3 days)
Contract: 12 months fixed term contract
Starting salary: £25,850 (Pro-rata)

About the role
As a Wellbeing Coach, you’ll support people across Lancashire to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and take meaningful steps to improve their wellbeing. You’ll mainly work face-to-face in the community, alongside some virtual delivery, supporting adults (with some young people where needed). This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll:
- Deliver one-to-one wellbeing coaching sessions and group workshops
- Support people experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, and life challenges
- Use techniques such as goal setting, guided self-help and behavioural strategies
- Manage your own caseload and track outcomes
- Work closely with colleagues and partners across Lancashire to promote the service and generate referrals
