Job Description
The Best Western Lancashire Manor Hotel is looking for an experienced Sous Chef or Chef de Partie looking to take their first senior position to join our friendly Kitchen Brigade.
Our hotel has been fully refurbished and has a high level of corporate guests along with over 80 weddings each year; we also cater for many conference guests and smaller private parties.
