An exciting opportunity has arisen for a personal assistant in the Preston area. Our client is looking for a mature, caring individual who has great people skills and a passion to support others.
Role Description
The role is to support a female adult in her own home with a view to enabling greater independence and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with complex needs and disabilities – experience essential.
- Light domestic tasks.
- Support with shopping, and prepare and cook meals.
- Admin support such as opening mail, collecting prescriptions and making joint telephone calls with various services.
- Work flexibly.
- Possess a car with business insurance – essential.
Qualifications
- Mature and caring individual with excellent people skills.
- Passion to support others.
- Experience in supporting individuals with complex needs and disabilities.
Hours & Rate
- Starting hours: 1‑6 per week with a view to increase.
- Hourly rate: £15.00.
