A rewarding opportunity available for a few personal assistants to work together to make a difference in a young man’s life. Are you a caring, patient and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others and a sense of fun? If so, we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for someone to support a young man who’s needs are very new.
Your duties will include:
- providing support to enable him to access the community for social/leisure activities.
- Providing personal care - including washing, dressing and assistance with toileting.
- Our client is a wheelchair user so will need support into/out of his chair and assistance in the community with getting about.
- Providing support with medication.
- Providing domestic support.
- Assisting with meal preparation.
- On occasion may need assistance attending an appointment.
