An exciting opportunity has arisen for a team of personal assistants to support a 20-year-old man with cerebral palsy living in the family home.

There are 10 – 20 hours available to be discussed at the interview.

We are looking for caring, proactive, and motivated individuals with a passion for supporting others, ideally someone with a good sense of humour and who is down to earth. Someone willing to support with all aspects of care. Ideally, these people will be reliable, consistent, and fun!

Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided. A positive attitude and good work ethic is also essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a driver, you should be comfortable driving a large wheelchair-accessible vehicle, with a full, clean license and insurance required for work purposes.

Part-time positions are available, with an hourly rate of £16.00 plus 5.6 weeks (pro rata) paid annual leave and a workplace pension scheme.
