An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to assist a local man with a bubbly and outgoing personality in maintaining his independence.
We are looking for a caring, proactive and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others.
As a Personal Assistant, your duties will include: Helping with personal care, meal preparation, light domestic duties around the house, supporting him to the gym/coffee shops/shopping etc.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential, but a positive attitude and good work ethic is essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driver with a full clean license is required and you must have access to your own vehicle.
Hourly rate: Thursday-Saturday £12.00 p/h Sunday £15.00 p/h
Shift pattern: This works on a 2 weekly basis:
Week 1:
Thursday 8am-3pm
Friday 8am-3pm
Saturday 8am-3pm
Sunday 8am-3pm
Week 2:
Thursday 8am-3pm
Friday 8am-3pm
Saturday OFF
Sunday OFF
Plus 5.6 weeks holiday pay and a work place pension scheme.
Petrol paid at 45p per mile
DBS required and will be paid by the employer if successful
