LILS/SD/HG - Personal Assistant required - Chorley area
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a personal assistant to provide support to a young adult with Autism and Severe Learning Disabilities within the local community.
The main duties will involve supporting the client to access the local community for social and leisure activities. The client has no safety awareness so will need to be kept safe at all times. He loves being outdoors, swimming and cafe visits.
We are looking for a motivated, fun, fit and healthy individual with a background and understanding in special education needs. Working with the client will require patience and calmness.Previous experience is essential along with a positive attitude and good work ethic.A full clean driving licence is essential with mileage to be paid by the employer.
