Lancashire Independent Living Service is seeking a calm, reliable Personal Assistant to support a quiet young man who is socially vulnerable and has ASD.
The role focuses on promoting independence, confidence, and social development in a supportive and respectful manner, both at home and in the community.
You will provide one-to-one support developing daily living and social skills, including menu planning, shopping, cooking, travelling in the community and attendance at social activities.
