LILS/LM/TS - Personal Assistant required - Burscough / Ormskirk area
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Personal Assistant to support a friendly and happy young man in the Burscough/Ormskirk area.
He is a gentle, polite, and calm young man who is a pleasure to be around. The role is primarily focused on providing companionship and support to help him develop his independence, confidence, communication skills, and social connections both at home and within the local community.
Duties May Include
- Supporting the development of independence and everyday life skills
- Assisting with cooking and meal preparation
- Encouraging confidence around the home and in the community
- Supporting social interaction and communication skills
- Helping to build and maintain connections within the local community
- Accompanying and participating in leisure and social activities
- Providing encouragement and companionship
- Administering medication when required (full training will be provided)
Interests
The young man enjoys a wide range of activities and interests, including: Sports, Ten-pin bowling, Music, Motorbikes, Animals, Trips to the cinema The successful applicant will be willing to actively engage in and support these interests,
