Working Arrangements: 18.13 hrs per week β Wednesday afternoon, all day Thursday & Friday

Job Details: The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with the public and excellent telephone handling skills ideally gained in a contact centre/call centre environment. The ability to use computerised systems and maintain records accurately is essential. You should be able to work independently and also operate as part of a team with those based at Service Headquarters and in other locations. The post is temporary for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
