Powder Coating Operative We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Powder Coating Operative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing metal components for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and surface preparation.
- Applying powder coatings to a high standard using manual and automated equipment.
- Operating curing ovens and monitoring coating processes.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Loading and unloading parts safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times. Requirements:
- Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience is preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidate.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
