Join a thriving DAF Trucks Dealership as a Service Administrator based in Bamber Bridge, Preston. You will play a key role within our service department, ensuring that all administrative tasks from job card processing – to customer invoicing are executed with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing workshop job cards and invoicing via the Keyloop (Kerridge/CDK) System.
- Updating customer invoicing platforms and resolving invoicing queries.
- Processing warranty and R&M (Repair & Maintenance) claims accurately.
- Providing general administration support to ensure smooth workshop operations.
What are we looking for
- Previous experience in a commercial vehicle or HGV dealership service environment (DAF experience highly advantageous).
- Strong working knowledge of HGV repair processes, workshop operations, & service admin.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with DAF Check, RMI platforms, Kerridge (desirable).
- Self-motivated, reliable and able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Strong and up-to-date IT skills.
