Lancashire Cricket Club is recruiting a Club Relations Host to be the welcoming face at Emirates Old Trafford. You will deliver a professional, friendly front-of-house service for visitors, members and supporters and assist the Ticketing team with queries to ensure smooth matchday experiences.

Based at Pavilion Reception, you will manage a wide range of enquiries in person, by phone and email, upholding outstanding service standards and helping to deliver a seamless events experience.
