The Opportunity
As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food by preparing and cooking exceptional dishes, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help develop new menus, support and motivate junior team members, and contribute to delivering outstanding dining experiences across our busy hotel and events venue.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes
- Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and compliance with food safety regulations
- Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to perform at their best
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new menus and dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Contribute to the development of junior kitchen staff
