Lancashire County Council is seeking an Employment Officer within the Virtual School’s Employment Support team. This full-time, permanent position involves supporting young people aged 12-25 across Lancashire in their education, employment, or training.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering careers advice and working with vulnerable children. The role requires flexibility for agile working across various locations, including schools and businesses throughout Lancashire, and may involve travel to meet young people and partners.
A Careers Level 6 qualification is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
