Overview
We are seeking to appoint one or two dedicated leaders to manage and develop our Wrap Around Childcare provision, covering both Breakfast Club and After School Club. The role involves day‑to‑day management of breakfast and after‑school provision, leading staff, planning activities, and ensuring the needs of all children are met effectively. The successful candidate will provide a rich timetable of activities for children to engage with after school.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the Breakfast Club and After School Club.
- Lead and support staff in delivering high‑quality care.
- Plan and schedule engaging activities for children.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children.
- Monitor and evaluate provision to meet national guidelines and safeguarding procedures.
Essential Qualifications
- Relevant Child Care qualification (or equivalent).
Essential Experience
- Experience of working with or caring for children of relevant age.
- Experience of undertaking administrative tasks.
Desirable Experience
- Experience of undertaking financial duties.
- Experience of managing staff.
Employment Details
This is a part‑time, term‑time only position. Salary quoted is full‑time equivalent and will be paid on a pro‑rata basis.
