The governors of St Anne's CE Primary School are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic welfare play leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be on a permanent contract.
Responsibilities:- Support our Christian ethos, values and mission statement in daily practice.
- Complement our hard‑working team and work proactively where required.
- Promote positive relationships with children, parents, carers, staff and other stakeholders.
- Have a good knowledge of how children play and supervise them during lunchtimes.
- Maintain high expectations of themselves and of the children.
- Follow school policies and procedures diligently.
- Desired: Playwork qualification.
- Experience supporting children during school playtime.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
- A warm, caring ethos.
- A committed team of staff and governors.
- Strong partnerships with the church and community.

- Permanent contract; full-time post (6.67 hours per week).
