We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our catering team. The Grade 4 Unit Catering Supervisor plays a vital role within Lancashire County Council’s Facilities Management Service, supporting the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused catering services across Bowland Café at Beacon Fell and The Gallery Café in Lancaster.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of both sites, ensuring consistent food quality, excellent customer experience, and compliance with all food safety, health and safety, and legislative requirements. Working as part of the FM Conference and Catering team, the post holder will supervise catering staff, contribute to menu planning and stock control, and support the efficient and safe running of busy café environments.
This is a hands-on role that combines operational delivery with team support, ensuring that services remain professional, welcoming, and aligned with Lancashire County Council’s values of being supportive, innovative, respectful, and collaborative.
