Business Support Officer | Part Time | Thornton House | Cleveleys Salary: £25,185–£25,989 per annum

About the Role You will support the Registered Care Manager and the wider care team with day‐to‐day operational business support. As the backbone of administrative operations, you will ensure smooth and efficient processes, maintain high data quality, and provide a friendly and professional service to users and partners.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative assistance in a fast–paced environment
Maintain high data quality and support the wider care team
Act as the first point of contact for service users and partners
Deliver friendly and professional service
Maintain electronic and manual filing systems efficiently
Review, cleanse and maintain high‐quality data within established systems
Proactively solve problems to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Qualifications Experience in a fast‐paced business support function
Strong organisational and detail‐orientation ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
Ability to review, cleanse and maintain data
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive problem‐solving ability
