- Week 1 - Monday 12-7, Tuesday 8-3, Wednesday 8-3, Friday 3.30-10, Saturday 2-10, Sunday 2-10
- Week 2 - Tuesday 12-7, Wednesday 3.30-10, Thursday 3.30-10, Friday 12-7
- Week 3 - Monday 3.30-10, Tuesday 3.30-10, Wednesday 12-10, Thursday 12-10, Saturday 8-3, Sunday 8-3
- Week 4 - Monday 8-3, Thursday 8-3, Friday 8-3

As an Assistant Care Manager, you will need to hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete NVQ level 3 within twelve months of your start date. In addition, you will have experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care.
Our committed team provides care to more than 1,000 adults across Lancashire. It runs 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres where the team provides support for older people, adults living with dementia and their families.
