An exciting opportunity has arisen at Crawshawbooth Primary School for two Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprentices to join our caring, hardworking, and committed team. The role is ideal for individuals enthusiastic about supporting children and developing a rewarding career in education. The successful candidates will help to provide high‑quality learning experiences that support pupils’ academic development, personal wellbeing, and confidence. You will work within our strong values‑based ethos, promoting respect through positive relationships, encouraging resilience by supporting children to persevere in their learning, and nurturing curiosity by helping pupils explore, question, and engage with the world around them.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with learning activities.
  • Prepare classroom resources.
  • Support pupils to develop the skills they need to access the curriculum.
  • Log appropriate level of off‑the‑job training with their workplace mentor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.
  • Completion of induction and internal on‑the‑job training.
  • Eligible to work legally in the UK.
  • Commitment to the school’s values and safeguarding policies.
