We are looking for a highly motivated, conscientious and nurturing Teaching Assistant (Level 2b) to join our supportive and hardworking school family. The successful candidate will have high expectations and good behaviour management skills, and will provide 30 minutes of daily welfare cover. Depending on skill set and experience, the role may also include covering PPA, ELSA sessions or Forest school activities.
Salary and Hours: 32.25 hours per week, term time only, 8:45am‑3:30pm Monday to Friday. Contract is for 38 weeks, term time only. Salary is full‑time equivalent and will be paid on a pro‑rata basis.

Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or above qualification – appropriate to the post (or equivalent)

- Experience of working with or caring for children of the relevant age
- Experience of working in a relevant classroom/service environment
Desirable Experience:
- Experience of supporting pupils with Autism
- Experience of managing and leading groups of children
