We are recruiting an Adult Mental Health Social Worker to work across Lancashire as part of the Adult Services Mental Health Team. Salary £36,363 - £40,477 per annum. Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week, Pendle.
Responsibilities
- Undertake and review assessments of need, risk and capacity.
- Sourcing and commissioning care, undertaking duty tasks and supporting discharge planning.
- Work as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team.
- Engage in collaboration and coproduction with internal and external professionals, community services, carers and the people we are supporting.
- Support adults with a range of mental health difficulties who require statutory interventions.
- Contribute to the Community Mental Health Transformation in Lancashire.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Registered with Social Work England (SWE) or have applied to register with SWE.
- Experience in adult mental health social care.
- Commitment to a strength-based vision for social care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.

You will be required to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of this post and you must be insured for business use.
