Assistant Youth Support Worker Early Help – Education and Children’s Services
Location: Various across Lancashire
Salary: £24,121 - £26,341 (pro-rata) Qualified | £23,496 - £23,825 (pro-rata) Unqualified
Grade: JNC 7–10 (Qualified) | JNC 5–6 (Unqualified). Minimum NVQ/RVQ Level 2. Locally recognised JNC Qualification in Youth and Community Work (if you hold this qualification you must complete it within a set time and will start on the trainee scale).

- Work flexibly, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet the needs of young people.
Essential Skills & Experience
- NVQ/RVQ Level 2 or JNC‑recognised Youth and Community Work qualification (or willingness to work towards this).
