Opportunity to cover a Team Manager role in Skelmersdale Neighbourhood Team, West Lancashire, 37hrs per week. This temporary arrangement is to cover the absence of the post holder for 3 months or until the post holder returns. The post is within the West Neighbourhoods service. This is an excellent chance to step into a leadership position, broaden your experience, and contribute to the continued delivery of high-quality services for older people and those with physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight.
- Support staff development and wellbeing through supervision and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, policies, and procedures.
- Manage resources effectively to meet service priorities and performance targets.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in a senior practitioner or supervisory capacity.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and safeguarding frameworks.
- Ability to manage workloads and priorities effectively.
