What You’ll Do…
- Assist in delivering youth provision and targeted projects across Lancashire.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with young people and provide guidance on issues affecting their lives.
- Support activities that promote personal and social development, inclusion, and wellbeing.
- Help maintain safe environments and uphold safeguarding standards.
- Work flexibly, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet the needs of young people.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- NVQ/RVQ Level 2 or JNC-recognised Youth and Community Work qualification (or willingness to work towards this).
- Ability to engage and build rapport with young people in diverse settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and resilience.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
