Lancashire County Council is accepting applications for a permanent, full-time Site Facilities Assistant to provide day-to-day facilities support at County Hall, Preston, with potential to work at other FM managed buildings across Lancashire.
Salary and Hours
Salary £24,796 – £25,185 per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | Pro Rata
Responsibilities
- Support the Site Facilities Team Leader in ensuring FM properties are maintained to a high standard of presentation and cleanliness.
- Provide a safe and pleasant working environment for staff and visitors.
- Work predominantly at County Hall Headquarters and central buildings in Preston, with ad hoc requirements at other FM managed sites across Lancashire.
- Assist in delivering a diverse range of facilities services as part of the Facilities Management Service.
Qualifications and Requirements
