We need a permanent, full time Occupational Therapist to work in North Lancashire (Fylde and Wyre) as part of our Adult Services Short Term Support Service, Occupational Therapy team.

Reablement Teams
Reablement Teams focus on working closely with our 'Reablement Provider', other Lancashire County Council teams ICAT as well as collaborative working with our local 'Community Health & Social Care' partners to prevent hospital admission and promote independence.
