We’re looking for an inspiring Senior Family Support Worker (Community) to lead early help responses through our Team Around the School model—supporting children, families, and schools to thrive together.
This is a unique and rewarding leadership role where you’ll sit at the heart of your community—bringing professionals together, solving problems, and making things happen.
You will:
- Lead and coordinate early help support through school clusters across Lancashire.
- Work directly with schools, families, and partners to provide timely, joined-up interventions.
- Act as a key point of contact for early help within your community.
- Build strong multi-agency partnerships to remove barriers and improve outcomes.
- Support staff delivering community-based services.
You’ll combine leadership, coordination, and hands-on practice—ensuring families get the right support at the right time.
We’re seeking someone who is:
