Overview

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will need to hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. You will have experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care. The role supports older people, adults living with dementia and their families across Lancashire, within 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres.
