Role Overview:
Do you want to make a real and positive difference to the lives of older people? We are looking for people that have the right values, attitude and behaviours to join our team. If you want to support older people to live their lives their way, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will need to hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. In addition, you will have experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care. Our committed team provides care to more than 1,000 adults across Lancashire. It runs 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres where the team provides support for older people, adults living with dementia and their families.
